Quick Thought when I was self evaluating Myself-Self Care
OUR Bed Time Mistakes
- You’re eating a lot right before bed.
- Late night snacks
- You leave your phone next to your bed.
- Surrounding yourself with the wrong color.-The color blue promotes relaxation and, therefore, better sleep. It’s also the color that suppresses the appetite. Meanwhile, colors like red or orange make you feel energized and hungry ( Pillow, bed sheets, bed covers and objects around you)
- You always have a cup of coffee (or some other caffeinated beverage).
- IMPORTANT- Wearing Tight Dresses Especially Inner Garments – Wear loose clothing
- Not washing your face during night- “BEST THING YOU CAN DO TO YOUR SKIN” is Washing Your Face Before Bed.
- Using wrong pillowcases and washing them with scented detergent.
- Rinsing your FACE with hot/cold water- Lukewarm is the Best.
- Only moisturizing your face- Moisturizer your ears, neck, hands& legs too. Finally!!!!
- You don’t put down your phone until the moment you close your eyes.Checking mobile or laptop right before bed harm to the whole body and mind. By now, you should know about the dangers of blue light rest your eyes at least 20 mins before bed .
So What Else – It’s Simple .

🌸HAVE WARM MILK with pinch of Turmeric.
🌸TALK TO YOUR FAMILY.
🌸PLAN FOR THE NEXT DAY IN MIND.
