THE REAL HAPPINESS 🌸

People spend hours, days, even years searching for meaning of happiness. What really makes them happy? Is it a new job? A new spouse? A new home? A new car? No matter what you fill in the blank with, the answer will always be no. Happiness is not about who you’re with or where you are or what you have. Can these add to your happiness? Yes they can. Can these things create your happiness? Never.

🌸The dictionary defines happiness as being fortunate, cheerful, lucky, or expressing joy. Apparently it is hard for anyone to define happiness if the dictionary lists it as being lucky.

🌸Happiness is about loving who you are and where you’re at in life. No outside source can give you true happiness. Things can make you happy for a while, but the complete and true emotion of happiness is living the best life possible, knowing that you are an amazing human being So, where do we find this lasting happiness? In the realization of the ultimate nature of ourselves. Everything is here within us. The truth is within us. Happiness is within us. True happiness and peace of mind cannot be found in anything external; it can only be found within. – Sogyal Rinpoche….

BED TIME MISTAKES

OUR Bed Time Mistakes

-Self Care
  1. You’re eating a lot right before bed.
  2. Late night snacks
  3. You leave your phone next to your bed.
  4. Surrounding yourself with the wrong color.-The color blue promotes relaxation and, therefore, better sleep. It’s also the color that suppresses the appetite. Meanwhile, colors like red or orange make you feel energized and hungry ( Pillow, bed sheets, bed covers and objects around you)
  5. You always have a cup of coffee (or some other caffeinated beverage).
  6. IMPORTANT- Wearing Tight Dresses Especially Inner Garments – Wear loose clothing
  7. Not washing your face during night- “BEST THING YOU CAN DO TO YOUR SKIN” is Washing Your Face Before Bed.
  8. Using wrong pillowcases and washing them with scented detergent.
  9. Rinsing your FACE with hot/cold water- Lukewarm is the Best.
  10. Only moisturizing your face- Moisturizer your ears, neck, hands& legs too. Finally!!!!
  11. You don’t put down your phone until the moment you close your eyes.Checking mobile or laptop right before bed harm to the whole body and mind. By now, you should know about the dangers of blue light rest your eyes at least 20 mins before bed .

So What Else – It’s Simple .

🌸WRITE GRATITUDE NOTES.
🌸HAVE WARM MILK with pinch of Turmeric.
🌸TALK TO YOUR FAMILY.
🌸PLAN FOR THE NEXT DAY IN MIND.

  • Don’t interrupt or speak over
  • Don’t tell them how they should feel
  • Don’t jump in with solution
  • Don’t belittle their feelings
  • Don’t pressure them to speak
  • Don’t tell them the illness or feelings they have are a choice
  • Don’t say you just need to …..(its not that simple)
  • Don’t leave them out
  • Don’t be scared to speak about feelings
  • Don’t be critical or blaming.

Emotional Stages- Covid 19

As we do our best to adjust and adapt to the current circumstances, these are indicative emotional stages of individuals during Covid – 19.

1. DENIAL/DISBELIEF: This can’t be happening! It can never happen to me! Why is God doing this?!

2. PANIC: I will die! Let’s stock up! I feel so anxious!

3. CONFUSION: Where are we headed? When will this end? How long will this last?

4. CREATING A NEW CLARITY: Let’s accept and get creative with our circumstances.

“A Good Laugh and “Long Sleep” Is Cure For Anything In Life”

We spend approximately a third of our lives sleeping. Why?Because our bodies need sleep to function during waking hours. Although sleep is one of our basic daily needs, more than 60 percent of adults say their sleep needs are not being fully met during the week. Sleep, like nutrition and physical activity, is critical to our health, and when we don’t get enough, we sacrifice more than just a good night’s sleep.


How Much Sleep Do You Need?
Sleep requirements vary from person to person and how much sleep you need will vary depending on your age and especially by lifestyle and health.


Age Recommended Amount of Sleep per Night

•Newborns 16-18 hours

•Preschool-aged children 11-12 hours

•School-aged children At least 10 hours

•Teens9-10 hours

•Adults 18+ (including the elderly) 9-10 hours

  • Stay Alert-Good sleep allows your mind to regain focus and tackle those tricky mental challenges. It can also stimulate creativity.
  • Boost Memory-Sleeping is the most important time to shape memories and make the connections between events, feelings and experiences. In fact, sleep is a requirement to form new learning and memory pathways in the brain.
  • Fight Infection- Sleep is your body’s mechanism to ward off infection. When you don’t get enough, your immune system is weaker, making you more susceptible to illness.
  • Be Active-Energy levels after healthy sleep are higher, and your mental awareness is more acute. Good sleep is also tied to improved athletic performance, including greater speed, agility and reflexes.
  • Replenish-During sleep, your body repairs the damage caused by stress, ultraviolet rays and other harmful exposure, as well as muscle injuries and other traumas.

When you don’t get enough sleep over time, not only do you lose out on the key benefits of sleep, but you also become more vulnerable to a number of short- and long-term health risks.

Studies show that people who experience chronic sleep deprivation are at increased risk :

*Automobile accidents due to drowsy driving
*Occupational injury due to excessive sleepiness and decreased alertness
*Obesity due to an increased appetite caused by sleep deprivation
*Psychiatric conditions such as depression and substance abuse
Poorer quality of life

Million things in my head, but you still find your way into it, everytime. I feel a thousands emotions daily, so many mood swings. But you, you always find a way to calm down my storm. I am a mess most of the time chaotic and you still adore me . I don’t know what made Us click ten thousand mile apart. I wonder what you find in me, But i know and I know very well that you will always have my heart, always. You took so long to come to me but you came at the right time and we are going to be forever and forever”.

We started our relationship by not even seeing each other in person, Still cant believe it all started with one video call and now going to complete our 100 days of love.

Most Important Life Decision are Taken In Impulse “

As a teenager, I never thought I would end up in a long distance relationship, because I only heard negative things about them. But I’m here to tell you that they are indeed possible, not pursuing someone just because there are some miles in between the two of you.

Distance Is Just A Word

As you might know from another “Spend Quality Time Distance Is Just A Word When Two Hearts are Together” and there are plenty of pros and cons associated with long distance relationships. For some people, the distance isn’t that hard to handle; for others, it’s a forced way of living

But, one thing for sure realized it from my life, if it’s God’s will, it will definitely work.

Those who have undergone and Undergoing a long distance relationship know it takes trust, communication, patience, and a million other things to handle. Commonly there is so much fear and anxiety often connected to just the idea of a long distance relationship, sometimes the Charmness that can shine forth can be missed, and simple ways and means to stay connected and grow may be ignored.

Communication is Everything

Good communication is integral in every relationship, but it’s taken to a whole new level in long distance relationships. Considering that the majority of your communication isn’t in person, it’s really important to be deliberate and transparent when you talk.

One major misconception is that long distance relationships require constant communication, but actually not What’s vital is the quality of communication, not the quantity.

Enjoy and Cherish Every Little Things

No matter what it can sound silly or crazy but don’t hesitate to express that keeps the relationship more lively and also care of every little things possible

Learn to Verbally express your feelings. When you’re physically next to your partner than you can get away with the whole “actions speak louder than words” so if “I show my partner that I love them and I’m sorry than I don’t actually have to say the words.” This attitude won’t give hands in a long distance relationships. You have to let go of your contentment and tell your partner how you feel or the distance between you will grow,have some flowers delivered, but you must also learn how to communicate your feelings.

Don’t go to Bed With Heavy Heart

Make it a Point- Let It Out and Remind your partner how much they mean to you. Going out of your way to do something special after an argument lets them know that you’ve put the fight behind you and that you want to feel close again. Be creative and think about the things that matter to your partner.
